How do I know which package is best for my home?

Accepted Answer

Think about the size of your space and how festive you want to go!
Classic is perfect for porches, steps, or smaller entryways.
Signature works well for medium-sized spaces with a little room to layer.
Deluxe adds that “wow” factor with more variety and volume.
Grand is best for large porches, long walkways, or front yards—great for photo ops and full fall vibes!

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes! We’re happy to create a custom pumpkin package tailored to your style, space, or event. Whether you’re decorating for a party, business, or just want something unique, let us know what you’re looking for—we’ll bring your fall vision to life!

What can I expect with my delivery?

Accepted Answer

our pumpkin package will be delivered during the week you select at checkout. You’ll receive an email the week before with your exact delivery date. While we do our best to accommodate preferred days, delivery dates may shift slightly due to weather or pumpkin availability. If your pumpkins must arrive by a specific date, please let us know when you place your order.

You do not need to be home for delivery. Pumpkins will be set up on your front porch unless other arrangements have been made. If your property or community requires a gate code or special instructions, be sure to share those when ordering.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because we are a small seasonal business with limited delivery slots, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order—like damaged pumpkins or a missed delivery—please contact us right away and we’ll make it right!

Question 6

Do you offer pumpkin removal?

Accepted Answer

Pumpkin removal is available as an add-on to any package and begins in late November. You’ll receive an email with your scheduled removal week and instructions closer to that time. If you need your pumpkins picked up by a specific date, just let us know when placing your order—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!

How should I care for my pumpkins?

Accepted Answer

We use the freshest pumpkins available in all of our displays. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity of every pumpkin and are unable to replace rotting pumpkins.

Pumpkins do best in dry weather and out of direct sunlight, however we understand that's not always possible. If you notice water pooling around the stems of your pumpkins after rain, be sure to dry them off to extend the life of your display.

Check often for rotting pumpkins and remove immediately.

We deliver to Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Stevensville, Kent Island, Bowie, Baltimore, and the DC area.
